The new Fiorea plan is "Fresh Cantine" based on casual French cuisine. Pate de Campagne" baked slowly with several spices, sauce, pickles, etc., prepared with several different tastes. Kyoto Poku's Grill Course: Italiano Course (January/February only)

In the January and February Italiano courses, we have prepared Kyoto Pork for the main course. The loin is characterized by its tender meat with a good balance of lean and fatty meat, and you can feel the pork's delicious flavor, making it a perfect match with our special gravy sauce. We have also prepared a turnip velouté, which is in season in winter, a salt cod meuniere, and finally, a dolce de grinaison made with strawberries, which are in season and prepared in various ways. In the Wagetsu Course for January and February, we have prepared Kagoshima black beef shabu shabu shabu for the main dish, which is beautifully marbled. Please enjoy it with your favorite condiments and sauces along with Koshihikari rice produced in Ibaraki Prefecture.
