Kyoto Poku's Grill Course: Italiano Course (January/February only)
In the January and February Italiano courses, we have prepared Kyoto Pork for the main course. The loin is characterized by its tender meat with a good balance of lean and fatty meat, and you can feel the pork's delicious flavor, making it a perfect match with our special gravy sauce.
